Jennifer Visbeck is a Registered Nurse with more than a decade of clinical experience, primarily in hospital intensive care units, and currently serves as the Director of Nursing for Pinellas and Pasco Counties at Nursing Styles. Her background in high-acuity hospital settings has shaped her calm, organized leadership style and strong clinical judgment, which she brings to both client care and team oversight.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 2009 and later completed her Associate Degree of Nursing at Galen College in 2016. Her combined education in psychology and nursing allows her to approach care with both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the emotional challenges families face when navigating healthcare decisions.
Throughout her nursing career, Jennifer has worked in hospitals across Florida, from Brooksville to Fort Myers, gaining broad experience with diverse patient populations and complex medical needs. As Director of Nursing, she provides clinical oversight, supports caregivers, collaborates with healthcare providers, and ensures that care plans are delivered with consistency, safety, and compassion.
Jennifer is known for her ability to explain care plans in a thoughtful, approachable way that helps clients and families feel informed, heard, and confident. Her empathetic leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to quality care make her a trusted resource for both families and staff.
Jennifer currently lives in Clearwater with her children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her dogs, and contributing to the continued growth and success of Nursing Styles.
